30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Return requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in original condition (no stains, odors, damage, alterations, or signs of wear)
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided
- The return must be due to a quality issue (as defined below) or the item must be in its original, unused condition
Quality Issues Covered
We accept returns for the following quality-related issues:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Damage that occurred during transit before delivery
- Incorrect item received (different size, color, style, or product than ordered)
If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Intimate apparel, undergarments, or swimwear (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Gift cards or store credits
- Final sale or clearance items (explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@eddiebauerr.sbs or call +1 (562) 708-6215. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions via email.
Step 3: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package.
Step 4: Drop off the package at the designated carrier‘s shipping location as indicated on the return label.
Important: Items sent back without first obtaining a return authorization from our customer service team will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Return Shipping Cost
We offer free return shipping on all eligible return requests submitted within the 30-day window. A prepaid return label will be provided upon return authorization.
No restocking fees apply. There are no hidden charges or restocking deductions on any approved returns.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our return facility, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days after inspection.
Refund Timeline
After your refund has been processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (the same Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal account used for the original purchase).

Please note that the final step—the appearance of the refund in your account—depends entirely on your bank‘s or payment processor’s internal policies. Some financial institutions may process refunds more quickly, while others may take the full 7–10 business days.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued in the following circumstances:
- The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage beyond what is acceptable for normal inspection
- The item is returned without its original tags or packaging
- The return request is submitted after the 30-day window but is accepted as a courtesy exception
In such cases, we will notify you via email explaining the reason for the partial refund and the adjusted amount.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow our standard return process to return the original item. Once your return is accepted and your refund has been processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
