Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, delivery to addresses within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–5 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time from order placement to arrival at your doorstep is calculated as follows:

Processing Time (1–2 business days) + Shipping Time (3–5 business days) = Estimated 4–7 business days

This is an estimate based on standard carrier performance. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier capacity, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.

International shipping is not available.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase amount is required, and no hidden shipping fees or surcharges apply. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay for delivery.

Carriers

We work with a network of trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery across the United States. Depending on your shipping address, package weight, and current carrier availability, your order may be shipped via any of the following carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx
  • Other comparable national carriers as determined by our logistics system

The specific carrier for your order will be determined at the time of shipment. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking email for the tracking information to become active on the carrier‘s website.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet our stated delivery estimates, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any third party beyond our direct control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us using the information provided below.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@eddiebauerr.sbs. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed and shipped; however, once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered“ by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, family members, or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf. You may also contact the carrier directly to file a claim or inquire about the delivery status.
